'In unity consciousness, every moment is as it should be. The shadow of the past doesn't spoil the fullness that is possible only in present time; each moment is a like a clear window letting in the possibility of joy and appreciation for what IS unfolding in front of you. The voice of inner truth says: My desires are part of this moment, and what I need is provided here and now.' ~ Deepak Chopra

'By letting it go it all gets done. The world is won by those who let it go. But when you try and try, the world is beyond the winning. When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.' ~ Lao Tzu
Sometimes the Universe offers us the gifts we desire in surprising ways! There are miracles at work in my life. If I let go and watch for opportunities and say YES to them, my life can change. That's flowing with Life, being willing and open, listening to the magic of synchronicity, those meaningful coincidences, those little nudges from the Universal Mind.
I've been thinking about working with a life coach to help me address the stagnation I feel in my life and to assist me in facilitating a change in my career path. I asked the Universe how I could take this step with so little disposable income at this moment? How, how? This morning I got a phone call from a friend who offered me a life coaching voucher for a free session so I can check it out. That's how! I gladly accepted - time to say YES to Life and move with the flow! I'm no longer against the flow, I'm opening to the possibilities. I was miserably digging my heels in, clinging to 'what I am', trying and trying and feeling like a failure - but if I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. Letting go of egocentric thoughts is the first step to freedom. I'm willing to give Life a chance, this journey is a Sacred journey, the Universe is conspiring in MY favour. By letting it go, it all gets done.

'Gratitude is the antidote for thoughts of scarcity.' ~ Davidji
I am moving away from thoughts of scarcity and anxiety about my current financial situation, the thoughts and feelings that come from a place of deep fear and limiting beliefs I have accepted, which are born of feelings of lack and unworthiness to receive. The very ones that keep me stuck. Instead, I am filled with gratitude today for being where I am, for my power to change, for my creativity, my tenacity, my beautiful family and friends, my restored health, my growing sense of acceptance of what IS and the blossoming of my Oneness with the perfect, Sacred, eternal unbounded consciousness within and without.

'Cultivating a mind-set of gratitude and generosity awakens our infinite creative potential. When the wave recognises its connection to the ocean, it embraces its unlimited nature and flows without fear or resistance. Set the intention to flow with it by taking a gratitude inventory. Consider the people, experiences, lessons, and gifts you’ve received and let your heart fill with appreciation.'
~ Quote from The Chopra Centre for Wellbeing Facebook Page

'Whatever you have experienced in your life is carved in stone. But today, at this very moment - you have the power to make the shift from where you are to where you want to be. You are never stuck… you always have a choice. You just have to give yourself permission to grow, to love, to thrive. You are the master of each moment.' ~ Davidji
Even though sometimes I feel stuck in my life, in so many ways - I remind myself that I have a CHOICE, I am even choosing to feel stuck in this moment! I forget I'm the master! Today I give myself permission to grow, to move forward, take a step. I am ready to start over. I pray for courage and belief in myself. I am armed with healing energy and light. I can create a new way of working, a new way to attract, invite and create income, this time aligned with my new way of Being. The only way I know how to DO this is to incrementally feel my way through this transition, not think - FEEL - use the awakened sense of my inner wisdom and my intuition to guide me. Let's go.

We are all made of stars, 'made of star stuff', as Carl Sagan said. We are all infinite expressions of love and pure potential. We are a way for the cosmos to know itself. When we wish upon a star or simply gaze at a starry sky, we are gazing at a million parts of ourselves, we are looking deep within. It's no wonder then that we feel centred and at peace when we look at the night sky. Such a beautiful concept!

'Where's my bear to lick me clean?
Feed my soul milk and honey.' ~ Lyrics from 'Moon and Moon' by Bat for Lashes
The best investments are living investments that turn into precious gifts. Five and a half years ago I adopted a 5-month old silver tabby oriental kitten from the SPCA and paid the necessary donation. Already a teenager, she immediately began to carve a place in my home, my heart and my life. Now fully entrenched in my Being and my everyday (I can't fall asleep until she curls up with me at night)... my little kitty queen Pistachio is a perfect feline specimen. A moving sculpture. I used to think it was sheer luck that made me find such a gem that day, now it's a joy to reflect on the synchronicity of this experience and the fact that SHE CHOSE ME. We have a magical connection - soul to soul - I can see now that we were meant to be here for each other in this life and our connection is eternal. My 'investment' turned into something SO priceless, my 'Secret Shifter' who gives me such enormous love everyday. Thank you for choosing me, my Tachie Bear.

'Join me for a moment if you will and just for a moment, enter a new fantasy place. Leave behind this world with all its limiting exhortations about what does and doesn't qualify as physical beauty. In this new fantasy place, our body size and shape, skin, hair and eye colour are all as invisible as the Soul seems to be in our current reality. Instead, in this new world, what is visible is the depth and breadth of our Sacredness. No one soul is any more valuable than another. We know and understand that we are all connected. What would living this life of clarity, love and kindness do for stress, ulcers, cancer and all other dis-eases imaginable? What has happened to us? How could our exterior appearance become more important than honouring the Divinity in each and every wondrous one of us? We've been conned into thinking that it's our eating habits and our weight that can be self-destructive. Really? What's really destructive is forgetting that we are Sacred Beings deserving of love.'

Yesterday I received two distinct messages from Spirit. I encountered a large rain spider on my garden hose - I jumped! Then looked up the significance ~ a spider means 'creativity and writing'. On the same day I had a dream in which archery arrows appeared ~ arrows mean 'the way is clear' and 'objectives being met'. I am being shown that what I instinctively know is indeed my right path - I must continue to write, write, write - knowing that the way is clear.
I am asking for Sacred guidance, I am watching and listening for oracles, signs and messages. I am increasingly aware of meaningful coincidences, catching glimpses of Universal magic. My connection to pure Divine consciousness is deepening with each breath.

'To honour oneself is to honour All.'
'Spirit knows no differences between us. We're all the same in Spirit; and in the community of Spirit, we're One. Even if our beliefs differ and our fundamental views on God - and how we serve that God - are polarised, this is where we can come together and how we find our Sacred places in Life's dance. The concept of unity in diversity can be a powerful reunion of us all.' ~ Colette Baron-Reid

'Miracles are unexpected joys, surprising coincidences, unexplainable experiences, astonishing beauties... absolutely anything that happens in the course of my day, except that at THIS moment I'm able to recognise its special value.' ~ Judith M. Knowlton
I realise that I have not RECOGNISED the massive flow of Abundance that I have manifested, created and received through the past year on my healing journey, I'm aware of it, I just have not truly recognised it for what it is. I was (and am) too busy waiting for monetary Abundance to show up. I listed a few of the miraculous, adundant gifts I’ve been given: I manifested healing, the Ultimate Gift ~ relief from pain (physical & emotional), physical healing, my menstrual gift, my restored fertility (hoping*), the balancing of my hormones (hormones are everything), blood sugar and insulin level correction, an appreciation of what good nutrition and conscious eating can do, a rekindled love of cooking, improved mood, less depression, physical transformation, huge transformational weight loss, increased fitness, vitality and energy, spiritual awakening, release of deeply suppressed emotional pain and grief, embracing the significance of Chakra healing, letting go of the need to control, contemplation of a change in creative career path, time to focus on daily healing rituals, a new way of Being, a new way of seeing myself and the world, my emerging inner and outer beauty, awareness of the need to restore balance to my masculine and feminine energies, freedom, a lightness of spirit, happiness, a new awareness of my subtle body sensations and how my body speaks to me, a new awareness of how Spirit communicates through meaningful coincidences and messages throughout my journey ~ ALL ABUNDANCE, ALL MAGICAL, ALL MIRACLES!!!!!!!!! ALL GIFTS I’VE MANIFESTED!!!!!!
Feeling very blessed about this recognition today.

'Animals - our companions, sentient Beings - and human Beings are here to fulfill a Divine Sacred purpose. We're all filled with the individuated spark of Divine Intelligence. We are sons and daughters of Spirit, filled with and surrounded by this Awareness, connecting and intertwining inside and outside time and space. Inherent in this dance is a Power too great to measure or even contemplate. We may be unaware of the part we play on behalf of others, but Spirit always knows where to lead us to learn and grow.
If we remember this, perhaps we'll recall the most important aspect of our existence - that we are placed here as the custodians of this Sacred Earth, instead of the intrusive and destructive force we have become. Even if we're undeserving and the planet seems to be dying, the creatures of earth, sea and sky wait for us to notice that Spirit is everywhere, they want to restart their conversations with us, be our Sacred sign-bearers. I know the magic is waiting and Spirit knows, too. We all need to experience the world as being more that just physical. We must begin to behave as if God in all life matters.'

I am drawing to me all good things.
I constantly remind myself of the Universal Law - 'Like attracts like'. Therefore I am creating an energy of love within me that attracts what is perfect for my Highest good. As I take a deep breath and send my loving energy out into the world, in the form of words, thoughts and actions, I can feel all good things flowing back to me. I nod my head up and down instead of side to side! I let go of my resistance and allow in new possibilities. I say YES to it all.
I am drawing to me all good things. (Repeat 10 times)
Dr. Susan Jeffers ~ 'Affirmations are Powerful'
Monday, July 12, 2010
On this healing journey, I've learned how important it is to keep a positive spirit and attitude even in the midst of pain. I constantly choose peace and remind myself to allow my Highest Self to lead my life. It makes painful moments more bearable if I focus on the love in my life and the power I hold within myself to create that love. I focus on those who love me and let those who don't free to find their own happiness. I can't make or will someone to care more than they do or don't already - all I can do is be MY best and cultivate powerful, loving energy that will attract those who are best for me. I am LOVE.

'It is possible to thrive in a female body instead of simply waiting for dis-ease to happen. It boils down to this: Regardless of our individual circumstances, our pasts, or our ages, each of us has inner guidance available that we can tune in to in order to create vibrant health - now. We are born with this inner guidance, which comes in the form of the emotions and desires that lead us toward things (including thoughts) that feel good and are good for us, and away from things that feel bad and are bad for us. It’s that simple. We are hard-wired to seek love, joy, fulfillment - and health. Though we’ve too often been talked out of our desires as children, I’ve learned that we can trust those feelings that make us want to get up in the morning. Our desires are the way that the healing life force comes through us and replenishes our bodies. They are what make life worth living. They make up our hopes and dreams. And they invariably hold the keys to healing not only our bodies but our entire lives.' ~ Dr. Christiane Northrup, Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom.

Sometimes I find myself clutching to Life - every aspect of Life. I hold tightly onto money - a currency, an exchange that is designed to flow freely - in this way I block Abundance from entering my life, making me fearful and inclined to hold on tighter. I hold onto pain, keeping memories of hurt from my past that keep my resentment fresh and available - in this way my body holds onto extra weight, which hurts me and makes me feel that I sabotage myself. I hold tightly onto people in my life, needing more from them than they are willing to give, using relationships as tests - in this way I 'prove' my unworthiness to myself. My body withholds it's waste, upsetting my natural process of elimination - in this way I feel a failure and get frustrated with my body, I am tempted to fall back into my addictions. I know this blockage is a symptom of something much deeper than digestive problems, a more essential blockage, mirrored in my body. I don't eliminate, I retain, I clutch, I cling, I hold back, I am afraid to release, to let go, to give.
I acknowledge that I have unconsciously believed the illusion of my own control over Life and denied the Universal truth - that trusting and aligning ourselves to the laws of the boundless Universal Intelligence field makes us happier, freer, more fulfilled and peaceful people. I am working on changing my outlook. It is my desire to trust, to surrender, to let go (let Go-d) and let flow - in all aspects of Life. I am learning how to give freely, to detach from outcomes, to release the emotional patterns that no longer serve me, to let people come to me and let myself be enough for them, let myself be a gift to them. To trust that I will not only physically and emotionally survive but spiritually thrive if I can overcome these powerful instincts to clutch onto Life and continue to work at discovering the deeply entrenched Karma that gave rise to them. I am no longer willing to hold myself back from Life, I am ready.

'There is tremendous creative power in our words. I believe that when we think a thought or when we speak a word or write a sentence, it somehow goes out from us into a law of mind and comes back to us as experience.
Let’s be aware of how important our words are. Let’s consider words as the foundation of what we continually create in our lives. Start to listen to what you say. If you catch yourself using negative or limiting words, change them.
Let’s pay attention to the selection of our words when we speak to ourselves and others. From here, we can begin to make the changes that will help heal ourselves as well as the rest of the planet:
I am ~ I accept ~ I deserve ~ I choose ~ I will ~ I can ~ I intend ~ I love.'

'What an amazing opportunity is LIFE. Through the impulse of creativity, passion and curiosity, the ancient Intelligence of the Universe weaves its genetic patterns to form a new human being.
Prior to our incarnation we are in the unbounded infinite void and through the amazing synchronistic events of biology, we manifest as an individual. Although we did not have attachment, intention or desire that we are conscious of prior to becoming embodied, once we do, we begin to manifest the desires to maintain our boundaries, manifest our intentions, and experience the world of form and phenomenon. At times this engagement in the world of the material and emotional can be exhilarating, and at other times it can create distress. The challenge and the opportunity of living from a deep place is to enjoy the inevitable ride of life without ever losing our connection to the celebration that gave birth to this experience.
As I am moving through my process of expanding my sense of Self from personal to collective to Universal, I am recognising how all the challenges that seemed important in the past and all the concerns that we can activate about the future are simply the play and display of the creative Intelligence playing hide-and-seek with itself.
As I share my journey with you, I hope that you, too, will take time on a daily basis to recognise, rejoice, and experience gratitude for this unlikely opportunity to have a human conscious incarnation. If there’s something in your life that you believe is not serving you - perhaps a relationship that is not nurturing, maybe a job that you feel stifled in, a pattern of behavior that is not creating emotional or physical wellbeing, I encourage you to know that you have the full capacity and the right to make the changes that will enliven your awareness, raise the succulent joy in your heart and allow you to experience the vitality that comes from living in balance with your environment.'

I have read of a Frenchman who was asked by the members of his family on his deathbed which of his long life's memories he would want to take with him, the best, the most cherished; and with a small smile of contentment, without any hesitation, he replied, 'I have eaten well.' When my time comes, I hope I'd be able to say with equal satisfaction and equal conviction, 'I have loved well.'
My Booneski boy, I miss you, I loved you well and love you still.

SynchroDestiny Principle: 'You are a ripple in the fabric of the cosmos.'
Sutra: 'Aham Brahmasmi' ~ The core of my Being is the ultimate reality, the root and ground of the Universe, the source of all that exists.
'The first principle of 'SynchroDestiny' acknowledges the underlying Intelligence that gives rise to my body, your body and the Universe as a whole - everything from stars to galaxies to sub-atomic particles. This conscious Intelligence field is the wellspring of the cosmos. It is the extended body we all share, it connects us all. The core of my Being is also the core of your Being and the core of all Beings. You and I and the Universe are the same. I am the Universe, localised as a single human being. You are also the Universe, localised in your body, reading these words in this particular moment in space-time. We both exist only as particular ripples in the conscious Intelligence field. Every aspect of ourselves is articulated and orchestrated by this boundless nonlocal Intelligence, the endless sea of consciousness from which you and I and the Universe arise. Even our thoughts, our wishes, our dreams, our desires - are not technically ours. They are manifestations of the total Universe. And when you realise that the intentions and desires that arise in you are the very intentions of the Universe, you can relinquish your desire for control and let the miraculous life you were born to lead unfold in all its unimaginable magnificence.'

'People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within.' ~ Elisabeth Kübler-Ross
'Our inner fire is the source of our energy, our creativity and our sense of personal power. It is the spark of life that ignites our will to act and transforms the raw material of our dreams and desires into tangible form.
In the ancient tradition of Ayurveda and Yoga, our inner fire or 'Agni' is said to reside in the solar plexus, the third energy centre or chakra - the Manipura, which means 'city of jewels' - our centre of desire, will, longing, of 'getting it done', of self-esteem. The Manipura chakra is depicted as a brilliant yellow lotus flower with ten petals radiating from its centre. A shining yellow sun glowing from the centre of our body, transforming matter into energy and giving us light and warmth. It is the sun that shines from within to transform and metabolise our lives. When the inner fire of the Manipura chakra is weak or blocked, we may feel tired, frustrated and withdrawn. We're scared to take risks or confront people or issues. We don't have enough energy to plant and nourish the seeds of our intentions and desires, so they are unable to germinate and flourish. On a physical level, the third chakra governs the pancreas, adrenal glands and our metabolism.
Chant the Manipura mantra 'RAM' to awaken the fire within, to strengthen our power and nourish our inner fire that burns away whatever is no longer serving us, including limiting beliefs, ideas and memories. Feel the vibration electrify, enliven and awaken the chakra of desire, intention, will and destiny. Lets plant our intentions in this life-giving sun, a seed that is pregnant with possibility, that will lead to the birth of something new in our lives.
Transform yourself through the power of your radiant sun. We transform the world by transforming ourselves. Feel the light of transformation pouring out from your Manipura chakra, as it shines on everyone you come into contact with. Feel the glow, feel that sun, feel the Agni, the fire, feel your golden self and know that you are not in the Universe, the Universe is in you, thriving with possibility, with pure potentiality.'

'If I want to live in a peaceful world, then it is up to me to make sure that I am a peaceful person. No matter how others behave, I keep peace in my heart. I declare peace in the midst of chaos or madness. I surround all difficult situations with peace and love.' ~ Louise. L. Hay
